Organizers: Pacific Island Climate Action Network
"We will not be spoken for! We will stand strong. We will stand united. Together, we will rise faster than the tide. #WeThePacific”
At this year’s UNFCCC negotiations in Paris, on December 3rd in the Indigenous Peoples Pavilion, The Pacific Island Climate Action Network (PICAN) are putting on a show for the world to remember.
An authentic display of island voices, in song, dance and poetry, will unite to support the Pacific Leaders upholding an authentic island voice at the COP21 conference and championing ‘The Suva Declaration.’ PICAN is calling on EVERYONE to support the Pacific Island Governments remaining strong and as one in Paris.
Support them speaking the ultimate truths of their Pacific People.
Come and stand with us, shoulder to shoulder.
